Continuing the ECO pass project at Ajinomoto Stadium with FC Tokyo, the Japan Professional Football League
In cooperation with FC Tokyo, a soccer club operated by Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd., we hold the ECO Pass Project in Ajinomoto Stadium. This recycling activity involves reusing polyester fiber from the PET bottles recovered at Ajinomoto Stadium and turning them into FC Tokyo products.
In Ajinomoto Stadium, we set up boxes separated by type of resource and collect used PET bottles. On the ball stand, we set up a meter to show the volume of collections as a percentage of our target, heightening the sense of participation among project fans and supporters. We also run video footage of the project on the stadium’s large screens and website, introducing our activities to a wider audience in addition to fans and supporters.
